The location was super convenient, surrounded by amazing restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money with daily room cleaning. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. The bed was comfortable and provided a relaxing stay.

Small boutique hotel and away from the noisy traffic. Also, we found a couple of good restaurant nearby that serves really good bbq pork ribs for dinner.

Unfortunately, quite a distance to the beach. Would have been better if they can clean up the shower room and toilet.

Clean and bright with really friendly staff. It's in the rice paddies, very quiet and relaxing. There's a nice pool to sit around and it's 5 minutes walk to some laid back cafe's for breakfast. We left totally relaxed.

Excellent staff, extremely friendly and always willing to please.

The location is on the outskirts of Seminyak and not a convenient walk to the main shopping area. If a driver and vehicle was available at the time then the hotel would drop you off into the main shopping area of Seminyak, otherwise a taxi was required to and from the hotel to get to the restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel restaurant food needs improving in preparation and quality. Ate breakfast there every day but only one 'dinner' meal.

friendly staff

they didnt follow my request for a quiet room. they gave me in nearest to road with traffic noise. also room wasnt cleaned so well. baiscly it wasnt looks as good as on Pictures and its a bit far need a motor bike or taxi to center, but the price is resonable for staying in seminyak area.

Location of the hotel is good. Even the streets nearby are full of trafic, you can watch ricefields from your terrace. Staff is also friendly. Swimmingpool is also really nice and we could be there almost all alone.

Bedbugs, clothes were dirty after laundry, somebody also "lost" my brand new t-shirt to laundry. Also towels and sheets were dirty. I have been sleeping in quite rough places while travelling, but this place really was dirty. The hotel has all the possibilities to be really nice but...

Hotel staff were very friendly. The pool area was relaxing. The free wi- fi and free shuttle to beach and seminyak.

The location was further out of seminyak than we would have liked. The bedlinen and towels provided needed renewing. The bathroom needed a spring clean. The breakfast choice could be improved.

Would recommend this little hotel to anybody.

The room we stayed in had no chairs to sit on. The only thing I did not like.

Shower was terrible smelly. Sheets had to be changed when we arrived due to stains. Room was not cleaned properly. Dead cockroach under settee. Staff we're ok. The owner is a nice man but hotel run down. Breakfast was not good. I sent the eggs back 3 times till they cooked them right!

The personal was friendly.
